GCARD3 is an inclusive, participatory process and an opportunity to shape the future. There are consultations going on over the course of 2015/2016 at the national and regional levels with a milestone GCARD3 global event planned for 5-8 April 2016 in Johannesburg South Africa.

A Global Event Program Task Force has been formed with the aim to: 

• Consult, develop and recommend a proposed program for the GCARD3 Global Event within the Program Frame approved by the GCARD3 Organizing Committee
• Provide advice and direction to the GCARD3 Organizing Committee on the structure of the Global Event program
• Promote efficient, transparent, effective and fair consultation and review process in the development of the program
• Recommend topics, speakers (local, national and international) and process for the Global Event program
• Liaise with the South African Local Organizing Committee sub-Committee on Content
• Attend the GCARD3 Global Event to observe and evaluate as part of the overall GCARD3 monitoring and evaluation
