GFAR is not a stand-alone institution, its actions are delivered through the many organizations, networks and agencies involved in, and accountable for, the generation and use of agricultural knowledge for development ¿ i.e. the partners represented in this Global Forum. This Plan of Work brings coordinated actions to truly link agricultural science and society around the world. In 2009-2010, GFAR will bring concerted global action to bear in the four key areas of its operation: advocacy for change, institutions for the future, inter-regional partnerships, knowledge for all.
