APAARI - The present study attempts to identify agricultural research investments with the highest expected levels of benefits for the poor and the environment, and contrasts relative expected impact potential with current relative funding
allocations across research areas. Current investment patterns by National Agricultural Research Systems (NARS) in the subregion and by International Agricultural Research Centers (IARCs) are quantified to explore present allocation patterns.
