In his presentation during the 2015 EAT Food Forum, Prof. Hans Joachim Schellnhuber CBE gives a narrative of climate change over time and presents data confirming trends for further warming, more extreme weather events and exponential sea level rise due to ice sheet melting. He urges immediate action to prevent exceeding a 2 degree tipping point which will bring catastrophic consequences for the Earth and humanity.

Prof. Schellnhuber is Director of Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK).
