Mr.Erdogan is a graduate of the Agricultural Engineering Faculty, Soil Science Department Ankara University (AU), Turkey and obtained his MSc on Rural Planing with environmental perspective from IAMZ, Zaragoza, Spain. In 2008, he is graduated his Ph.D on Agro-Ecological Land Evaluation for Sustainable Land Management from AU, Turkey. He achieved several national/international projects as a research and teaching assistant in AU, Turkey during 1998 to 2006. He continued his carrier as Agricultural Specialist in Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs until 2009 and he effort on National Rural Development Projects. This includes advanced field operations, international contracting and development with EC, UN and Turkish Government projects. Since 2009, he have been working as Scientific Project Officer in EC- JRC, Institute of Environment and Sustainability. He mainly working on EU- Common Agricultural Policy(CAP) and Operational Monitoring Services for Changing Environment
