Hiralal Roy works in Caritas Bangladesh with Agricultural development field with coordinate with different level of research and extension organizations for creating innovation in agriculture in farmers level. Before entering in the organization, I am studied in Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh with Agriculture and completed a Master Degree in Agronomy with good academic carrier from 2004-2002. Now I have been working in agricultural development field in Bangladesh for more than 10 years with good performance.
