Holding M.Sc. in Agronomy from the University of Jordan since 1989 . Worked in the University of Jordan for two years as Study and Research Assistant at the Faculty of Agriculture which included making studies and researches on land reclamation and combat of desertification in partnership with the local communities and farmers (Male/Female) through introducing new techniques and methods in agriculture to reclaim the areas that under threaten of desertification. After that I joined the Royal Society or the Conservation of Nature (RSCN) and my main duties included making socio- economic studies on the farmers communities surrounding the protected areas and introducing new innovated methods and techniques to best utilize the available resources and make good and sustain income for the farmers especially the women and incorporating them within the protected areas activities and programs (we provided training and capacity building for the rural women on new methods) .
