I am an agronomist engineer since 2002. In 2010 I was trained in Belgium on methodology in Supporting Innovation in Professional family farming. Since 2004, I have been working for the Confederation of smallholder Farmers to Development as a Program Coordinator and for the service of farmers. My areas of expertise are techniques of establishing and organizing agricultural cooperatives; support- advice to Farmer Organizations; Participatory identification, strategic designing and planning for farmer organizations, designing of monitoring-evaluating tools to projects, Community mentorship in several approaches (chain of community solidarity, agricultural sectors, farmer groups, cooperatives, etc.). I do also have a tremendous experience in communicating with the rural area, sensitization, popularization and Monitoring-Evaluation of programs / projects in rural development, etc.
