Foresight grassroots implementation
This is how Robin Bourgeois, Senior Foresight Advisor at GFAR Secretariat, introduces what foresight is about. A changing-mindset process that enables local organizations to explore what might happen to them, to their livelihood and their environment, as well as to be at the same time prepared for the possible future scenarios, influence them and shape their future.

The following slides introduce the different steps to implement participatory grassroots foresight in a local community at a local level.

Identifying the different forces of change, exploring future scenarios and translating plausible futures into action, are only some of the parts to follow during the application of this collective decision-making process.
