GFAR Update is a briefing service from the GFAR Secretariat. Our aim is to keep you regularly informed and aware of new initiatives and collective actions of the Partners in GFAR around the world, so that these can have greater reach and impact for those we serve - in particular small farmers and producers.

The Global Forum celebrates the collective actions of its Partners who share in our mission to strengthen and transform agri-food research and innovation systems globally. Being a Partner in the Global Forum will enhance your working linkages with other sectors and help enable your organization to:

  • Share your work, interests and visions with a world-wide community and join others in addressing what concerns you
  • Shape and engage in collective actions for change, through the processes and governance of the Global Forum
  • Influence agenda globally, on research and innovation in agriculture, food and rural development

One way we would like to share your work is through a weekly Partner Spotlight, showcasing your work by:

  • Highlighting your news and updates on the GFAR website and social media channels
  • Publishing your blog posts on the GFAR Blog, or working with you to guide you in crafting blog posts
  • Including news of your spotlight in the next GFAR Update
