The Global Forum on Agricultural Research (GFAR) is a stakeholder-led initiative established in 1996 that seeks to promote cost-effective partnerships and strategic alliances among the key players involved in agricultural research for development (ARD).
As part of GFAR¿s forum function which is aimed at facilitating the exchange of views, information, and experiences among and between stakeholders of agricultural research and for the discussion of strategic issues that are of interest to them, we are establishing a GFAR FARMERS' ORGANISATION CONSULTATION LIST. This list will serve as a network of organizations which can use this list to consult amongst themselves, which can be used by GFAR to consult Farmer's Organisations on issues and initiatives relevant to FOs, and to provide to organisations or projects as requested
