The objective of the 2nd International Symposium on Human Health Effects of Fruit and Vegetables" is to provide a forum for horticultural scientists, nutritionists, food scientists, biomedical scientists, chemists, biochemists, clinicians, medical professionals, social economists to exchange information and bridge the communication gap between the agricultural sciences, nutrition and health sciences. 

FAV Health 2007 will provide convincing proof of the health promoting properties of FAV and that the future of collaborative research will depend on “table to the farm” rather than “farm to table.”
