The Purpose of the Meeting was to:
- update participants (and other GAP members/potential members through the minutes) on progress in GAP activities since the last teleconference on 23 July 2012;
- provide an opportunity for all participants to share recent information on their gender programmes with a particular focus on highlighting opportunities for developing partnerships within GAP;
- discuss and agree on priority areas for GAP action in 2013 including responses to specific requests for GAP assistance; and
- discuss and agree on practical working mechanisms for GAP
